Making Meaning in the Immersion Classroom: Volume 2

Volume 2 of “Making Meaning in the Immersion Classroom” helps immersion teachers understand the concept of comprehensible output and how to encourage students to use oral communication during interactive communication.  This video describes the ACTFL proficiency levels and presents a variety of classroom scaffolds to prepare students to speak.  It also shows how these scaffolds can be used in whole group, pair-share, and group work.
