Jacqueline Albujar » Biography

My name is Jackie Albujar I would like to take the opportunity to share a little about myself. I am originally from Peru.
Teaching children became a passion of mine at an early age. I pursued my Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education from college “ El Pacifico” in my hometown of Chiclayo, Peru.
I have 15 years of experience working as a teacher in Peru, Ireland and the U.S. I had the opportunity to go to Dublin, Ireland in 2002 where I lived for 12 years working as a Spanish Teacher for children as well as adults. This was a great opportunity to experience different cultures and people.
I have lived in Denver since 2015 and have been working as a Spanish Teacher in the Denver Public School system for the past 3 years.
I am very passionate about teaching children and forging an honest relationship with them. I truly appreciate the values of Global Village Academy and strive to help each student build a sense of confidence and to enable them to grow into happy, successful members of society.
I am happily married and my hobby is spending my spare time with my husband Jason and his family’s Alpacas Ranch in Bennett, Colorado.  I myself have learned so much caring for the alpacas and crafting beautiful yarns and garments. It is a very rewarding and relaxing way to enjoy time with friends and family. You are all more than welcome to visit the Alpacas one day!
