From Mr. Vélez:
I was born in a little town in Puerto Rico. I have taught Physical Education and I have 11 years of experience working in different libraries at the University of Puerto Rico. I possess more than three years of teacher experience in the best schools of Puerto Rico: the Elementary School of University of Puerto Rico, and University High School.
I have a child with Williams Syndrome, he is three years old. I love working with children and sharing my knowledge so they can learn. The experience with my son has helped me grow in this field. I am excited to be to be chosen to work at Global Village Academy. I have a bachelor and master degree in Education and I am finishing my master's degree at the Graduate School of Sciences and Information Technology at the University of Puerto Rico., which is accredited by ALA.
