- Kindergarten Graduation is at 9:00 in the auditorium with a reception to follow in the Gathering Area.
- 8th Grade Promotion is at 2:00 in the auditorium with a reception to follow until 3:30.
- Friday- Beach Day and Field Day (Please see the note below from our PE Teacher, Mrs. Kimble)
Parents/Guardians,
On Friday, May 24th, 2019 we will be celebrating your child/children’s physical fitness and the close of a great year during our annual Field Day. The day’s activities will begin promptly at 8:15 a.m. and we will be having nonstop fun until 11 am. There will be several different stations (several stations will have combined activities) and classes will rotate through each station at 15-minute intervals.
We are still in need of bottles of water and non-perishable snacks so if you can help, we will be accepting donations through the last week of school! You are more than welcome to meet us at Danville Park 1153-1171 Mt. View Lane around 8:15 to help cheer your student on! We look forward to seeing everyone at the park with a day of well-deserved fun!
Please read the below statement about Field Day Transportation;
All students will be bussed to Danville Park for Field Day. If you would like to OPT OUT of your child riding the bus, please send an email directly to Alicia Welch ([email protected]). Otherwise, we will plan to transport your child by bus for Field Day.
Friday, May 24th is our last day of school, students will be released at 12:00
