GVA Mandarin Teachers Present at Asia Society in New York

Many areas were highlighted in the presentation, such as curriculum design process, authentic instructional materials, communicative instructional approach and 3-mode performance assessment tasks.  
 
Wenfei Wang, the 2nd grade immersion teacher from GVA-Aurora, shared an example of communicative instructional process including effectively teaching new materials, doing guided practice and language application to promote authentic Chinese learning experience in class.
